This phase is about slowing down to tune in — building real-time awareness of your internal landscape and shifting from reactivity to regulated, grounded leadership.

We combine embodied coaching, neuroscience, and intuitive development to help you build a felt understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and physiology interact.

You’ll learn to:

  • Track your internal state through somatic mapping and daily awareness practices

  • Use the NIRI Formula (Notice → Interrupt → Respond → Impact) to disrupt old emotional loops in real time

  • Understand the 90-second rule of emotional regulation, and why awareness changes your brain’s wiring

  • Train heart-brain coherence — an evidence-based method that strengthens your intuitive clarity, self-regulation, and decision-making under pressure

  • Access and trust intuitive data (gut, heart, felt sense) alongside analytical thought — a critical skill for complex environments like high performance

This phase is about reclaiming authorship of your life.

You’ll rediscover the internal compass that was always there — made up of your values, lived experience, and the parts of you that have been suppressed or over-functioning.

Using tools from developmental psychology, identity theory, and integrative coaching, you’ll:

  • Map your core values through lived experiences (not just word lists)

  • Use the Wheel of Life and Values-to-Action mapping to identify misalignment and energy leaks

  • Explore your identity through three powerful lenses:

    • Social Role Identity — What you do

    • Internal Belief Identity — What you believe about yourself

    • Essential Identity — Who you are beyond titles and performance

  • Work with resistance using the deep reflective inner parts work

  • Learn embodied affirmation practices to rewire self-perception through the body, not just mindset

 Outcomes:

  1. You begin to recognise which parts of you are leading your life — and which parts need reintegration.
  2. You develop a clear, values-driven compass for decision-making.
  3. You stop outsourcing your identity to roles, results, or recognition.
  4. And for the first time in a long time — you feel like you again.

  • Explore new models of contribution:

    • Embedded Leadership — deep change from within an organisation

  • Identify your current misalignments (energetic, relational, structural)

  • Build your future framework using personal drivers: autonomy, meaning, growth, impact

  • Craft a clear, practical plan for how to evolve, pivot, or recommit — with intention and integrity
