What Do You Already Know?

A free 15-minute guided reflective practice

For moments when you're navigating change, uncertainty or an important decision.

Sometimes we don't need more information.
We need enough space to hear ourselves.

LISTEN TO THE FREE PRACTICE

Perhaps you're...

Trying to make an important decision.

Questioning something about your work or direction.

Caught between what makes sense on paper and what feels right.

Asking lots of people what they think.

Or simply aware that something needs to change, without knowing exactly what.

You don't need another person telling you what to do.

This practice is an invitation to stop for 15 minutes and listen.

What we'll explore:

SEE
What's actually happening?

SETTLE
Create some space beneath the noise.

REMEMBER
Notice what you feel and what you may already know.

RELATE
Become curious about the fear, expectations and other voices surrounding it.

CREATE
Notice the next small action — including whether the right action is simply to wait.

The practice won't give you an answer.

It creates some space for you to hear your own.

Hi, I'm Richard.

I spent much of my career working in elite sport, where we're exceptionally good at developing knowledge, expertise and performance.

My work now explores something slightly different:

What happens when we create enough space to understand ourselves?

Through Men Behind Sport, I work with people navigating questions around identity, career, leadership, relationships, purpose, uncertainty and change.

I created this practice because sometimes another framework isn't what we need.

Sometimes we need to stop.

And listen.
